Victoria Ivory graduated from John Marshall Law School in 2008. She began her career in federal criminal defense and remains a member of the Criminal Justice Act panel in the Northern District of Georgia where she accepts court appointed cases. Victoria added family law to her practice in 2016. Victoria handles family law cases including, but not limited to, temporary protective orders, divorce, custody, equitable caregiver, child support, alimony, grandparent custody and visitation, and related modification and contempt cases. While Victoria believes it is always best for parties to be able to settle their family matters without a trial, she is prepared to use her litigation skills to take cases to trial if necessary.
