Phyllis Morral Schneider received her Juris Doctorate with Honors from Emory University School of Law in 2021. During her time at Emory, she served as Treasurer of the Legal Association of Women Students and was a Managing Editor of the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review. Phyllis interned with the Barton Child Law and Policy Center. In private practice, Phyllis has gained extensive experience in litigating a wide array of family law matters, including those relating to divorce, child custody, and contempt actions. Notably, she is knowledgeable about representing the specific needs of current and former members of the United States Military and their families within the family law context. Phyllis is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective legal representation to her clients.
Before embarking on her legal career, Phyllis received a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the Milken Institute of Public Health at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and their beloved dog, Augustus.
